200. Fear the Lord your God and serve Him. Deuteronomy 10:20

Nobody is sinless only Jesus Christ is sinless 1 Peter 2:21-22, 1 John 3:4-5. Try not to sin the harder you try the more God loves you.

Going to a priest to forgive your sins (confession) is necessary. Confession is the declaration of sins formally, to a priest. Confession is the bath of the soul. Confession cleanses the soul from sins, guilt, insecurities and other psychological problems. After confession you have a lighter conscience. Remember to confess all your sins. If you, willingly, omit a sin it will be like you did not make a confession, your confession is nullified. There is no need to confess your thoughts which can be very embarrassing you say instead: I have had sinful, lustful, swearing, filthy thoughts. In case you confess some of your thoughts you make the right step to eliminate these thoughts from your mind.

The last serious command Jesus gave to his disciples, after the resurrection and before He ascended was: "If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained." John 20:23. He appointed them as confessors. The words of Jesus are superior to any other words. He did not say confession is not needed. In the letters Saint Paul does not say that confession is not needed, furthermore, in 1 John 1:8-10 and James 5:16, say that confession is needed. See also Proverbs 28:13, Leviticus 5:5.

I wrote many commands the most important of all is to receive worthily (after the permission of your confessor) Holy Communion (body and blood of Christ). When you receive Holy Communion you insert Christ inside you. You eat and drink body and blood of Christ. Once Christ is in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. You can ask for happiness. John 6:56, John 15:5-7

Repentance is easier with prayer, vigilance, fasting, exercise, reading Christian books, confession, charity, obedience to your confessor, Holy Communion (body and blood of Christ), attending Mass, humility, work, attention to what you see and hear, temperance.

"Καλός καγαθός" it is an ancient Greek proverb meaning καλός: handsome(beautiful) κ: and, αγαθός: good. In modern Greek, now, it means καλός: good and αγαθός: innocent. The meaning of words change, μετάνοια(repentance) meant regret, remorse. When it was written that Jesus said it, it meant change course of life and keep God's commands. The central message of the Holy Bible is: Repent the kingdom of God is near: Matthew 3:2: "and saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”", Mark 1:14-15: "After John was put in prison, Jesus went into Galilee, proclaiming the good news of God. “The time has come,” he said. “The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!”", Matthew 4:17: "From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”" When it was written that Jesus said: Μετανοείτε ήγγικε γαρ η βασιλεία του Θεού: Repent the kingdom of God has come near, it did not mean regret or remorse it meant turn around to keep God's commands. The good news is: Repent the kingdom of God is near: Matthew 10:7: "As you go, proclaim this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven has come near.’", Matthew 4:23: "Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people.", Matthew 9:35: "Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.", Luke 24:46-47: "He(Jesus) told them, “This is what is written: The Messiah will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, and repentance for the forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.”"
